Welcome to Oasis by Azara ("Oasis," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [https://oasisjo.com], our membership services, day passes, programming under sync. by Oasis, and any related bookings or purchases (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Who We Are

1.2 Eligibility
• Oasis is a women-only facility. Access is restricted to women aged 16+.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or making a booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, entry, or membership renewal at our discretion, including for violations of our house rules or Code of Conduct.
1.3 Bookings, Memberships & Passes
• All memberships, day passes, and event/workshop bookings made through the website or in person are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
• We reserve the right to amend pricing, packages, and programming at any time; changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.
• A deposit is required online at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid in full upon arrival, before entry to the facility.
1.4 Payments
• Payments made through our website are processed securely via PayTabs, a licensed third-party payment service provider. Oasis does not store your full card details on its own servers.
• By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All amounts paid, including deposits, are non-refundable. See our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details on transfers and cancellations.
1.5 House Rules & Conduct
• Members and guests are expected to follow posted house rules, hygiene requirements, pool safety rules, and staff instructions at all times.
• Oasis reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for behaviour that endangers other guests, staff, or facility property, or that breaches these Terms.
1.6 Health & Safety Disclaimer
• Use of the pool, wellness facilities, and Sync. programming is at your own risk. Please consult a physician before participating in physical activity if you have any medical condition that could be affected by exercise or water-based activity.
• Oasis is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facilities except where caused by our proven negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1.7 Intellectual Property
All content on the Oasis website — including logos, branding, photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Oasis by Azara and may not be reproduced without written permission.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service.ent on the Oasis website — including logos, branding, photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Oasis by Azara and may not be reproduced without written permission.
1.9 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
1.10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
